The SummerTime Pack Award is awarded to Packs in recognition of providing a year-round program. To qualify, Pack 8 offers at least one activity in each of the summer months.

Here are some of the activities we’ve enjoyed over the summers:

• Swimming
• Bats at Blowing Wind Cave
• Cathedral Caverns
• Fishing
• Cook Museum

 

Additionally, scouts who participate in all three months receive the SummerTime Pack Award Pin, which is worn on the right pocket flap. The scout can earn the pin for each rank.
